Rhian had ten years international
sales, marketing and events coordination experience in London, where
she regularly used her fluent Spanish and French. For the past six
years she has worked in recruitment in Edinburgh and has a highly
successful track record of building a professional reputation within
the local recruitment market. She has experience of all aspects
of the industry, covering Consultancy and Account Management and,
for the past four years, has held the position of Branch Manager
at a leading national consultancy. |
She prides herself on delivering the highest levels of customer
service, striving to achieve the optimum result for both candidates
and clients. Rhian has now chosen to bring her expertise and wealth
of knowledge to establish a consultancy which will offer professionalism
and flexibility to the local market place.

Having been responsible for many recruitment campaigns herself,
Michele appreciates the value that a professional and ethical consultancy
adds to the recruitment process. As a result of her experience from

| Doug is a physicist who
has been working in the environmental industry for the past
17 years, in a research and consultancy capacity, analysing
complex systems using mathematical models. He is presently a technical director in a large engineering consultancy. Prior to this for nine years he was a University lecturer in Edinburgh covering
a wide range of environmental protection, management and modelling
topics. He is an expert numerical analyst with extensive IT
and scientific project management experience.

| Doug will
act as a non-executive Director of the company, advising on
environmental and scientific recruitment, as he feels these
specialisms are under-represented within the Scottish market.
