Once we are successful in securing you an interview, we will ask you to return to our offices for comprehensive interview preparation. During this, we will provide you with detailed information about the organisation, the role and the company’s culture, which we have obtained from our meetings with the client. We will also give you some hints and tips on interview technique, in order for you to perform to the best of your ability on the day.

We would appreciate it if you could call us as soon as possible after your interview, to give us your feedback. Similarly, we will contact our client, to let you know their thoughts. Obviously, as soon as we hear the outcome of your interview, we will contact you to let you know. In the event that you have been unsuccessful, we aim to make our feedback as thorough and constructive as possible. When you are successful in securing a job offer, we will negotiate your package and start date for you. If necessary, we can also offer you advice on the best way to resign.
