Firstly, we will ask you to complete a couple of registration forms. We will then have a thorough discussion with you about your previous work history, your motivations, ambitions and salary requirements and to ascertain the type of role to which you would be best suited. We will also ask you if there are any specific companies or industry sectors you would like us to target on your behalf. For most positions, you will need to sit some straightforward assessments, in order to determine your skill level. Should you feel that you would benefit from training in certain areas, we are pleased to offer you unlimited, free training in most major computer applications. As a part of our service to clients, we will also need you to bring with you the details of at least two previous employers, whom we can approach for references. We may also wish to verify any professional qualifications you may hold. The whole process should last about an hour and a half and from then on, all we ask of you is to keep in touch with us on a regular basis and to let us know if your circumstances change in any way. From then on, it is up to us! Obviously, we will match you immediately to any positions we are currently handling. However, we will not wait for the perfect job to appear and so will work pro-actively on your behalf, contacting our extensive network of clients to try and secure you a suitable position. We undertake to call you and discuss opportunities with you before submitting your CV to potential employers. |
