Once we have found you a relevant assignment, we will contact you and give you full details of the role and organisation. At this stage, we will ask you to choose whether you wish to accept this assignment. If not, we will continue to work pro-actively for you, to try and find you a more suitable job.

Once you accept an assignment through City, you will be given comprehensive details regarding the dates, times and job content and we will obviously provide you with the relevant contact details for the client. Your timesheet will be e-mailed or posted to you prior to the commencement of your assignment. For further information about timesheets, please click here.

Please bear in mind that most temporary positions need urgent placements, so the easier it is for us to contact you, the more likely you are to find an assignment quickly.

We will call you within the first couple of hours of your assignment, to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction and that you have no concerns. For longer-term assignments, we will contact you on a weekly basis, to keep in touch and check that you are still enjoying the role.
