
We will call you within the first couple of hours of the assignment, to
ensure that everything is to your satisfaction and that you have no concerns.
For longer-term assignments, we will contact you on a weekly basis, to
keep in touch and check that there are no problems. We would urge you
to be honest with us at all stages, so that we can address any issues
immediately, should they arise.
Following every assignment lasting longer than three days, we will send
you a Quality Control form to complete, the purpose of which is to both
assess the performance of our Temporary and to gauge your opinion of our
service.
